Introducing ... Your Next Move!
I frequently tell agents to find activities and systems that align with who they are to increase the likelihood of execution rather than avoidance. Don't like door knocking? Don't. Are you more comfortable doing open houses? Do that. I'm taking my own advice.

I'm taking my own advice.
Writing has always been a comfortable format for me. After doing thousands of coaching calls and strategy sessions, hundreds of recruiting conversations, and more brokerage meetings than I care to recall, I have a thought or two to share about all things real estate.
This won't be AI copy, and it will most assuredly fall far short of the Pulitzer Prize-winning writing standards we'd all love to see, but it will be my own thoughts and my own voice.
My intention
I have watched agents succeed and fail, teams build and come apart, promising initiatives take off, and others crash and burn. I have not just been a spectator; I've also been a participant in those experiences - good and bad.
Building a successful real estate practice, team, or brokerage is not a one-man sport. And yet so much of the time we are trying to navigate these things on our own, trying to determine, 'What do I need to do next?" Whether it's about increasing production, scaling your business, hiring an assistant, building a team, selling your practice, with all of the industry noise, how do you figure out - what is my next move?
I aim to help you determine just that.
I don't have all the answers
But I do know this ... success, while not easy, is not complicated.
After a lot of years in real estate, I've learned a few things about growth, execution, leadership, and what actually works.
In an industry filled with vendors, gurus, and noise, finding real direction can be tough. But here you will find straight talk based on real experiences, real results.
There is no need to pitch a complicated idea to get you to sign up for a long-term coaching agreement. There is no incentive to sell you on a secret system behind a paywall.
In fact, let me burst this bubble out of the gate; there is no magic bullet.
In all the advice, all the noise, all the resources available to us, sometimes the hardest part isn't finding the answer. It's in figuring out what makes sense for you.
I hope this becomes a place that helps you think strategically, identify a path to achieve your goals, while working in a way that aligns with who you are.
I hope it helps you to find your next move. Welcome!
